Dinner with an Aardvark

Near the main downtown area of Mountain Home, Idaho is the nice leafy Carl Miller Park. On display high up on a podium in the park sits an impressive General Dynamics F-111A Aardvark strike bomber once operated by the USAF 366th Fighter Wing at the nearby Mountain Home AFB (they operated various models of the F-111 from 1972 to 1993). I couldn’t think of a nicer place to enjoy dinner after the Gunfighter Skies 2014 open house and air show.
