Australian Army Flying Museum – Army Aviation from World War One to Vietnam

Pilatus PC-6 Porter STOL light transport A17-652 - this aircraft was the first produced for the Australian Army and was delivered in 1968 after a 16 day flight from Switzerland. In 1969 it was deployed to Papua New Guinea. The aircraft was retired in 1992 - Australian Army Flying Museum, Oakey Queensland (November 2018)
